+ How early may I reserve a workout?

Schedules are posted four weeks in advance. Rho workouts are reservation based, with easy sign-up available online via rhoengineroom.com or through the MindBody app or website.

+ Does the schedule change?

Rho monitors and adjusts the schedule based on usage. While workout times that have no reservations 90 minutes before the scheduled start will be canceled, workouts may be added as well. Chat with your coach or email laura@rhoengineroom.com if you have scheduling suggestions.

+ Oh no, a waitlist?! Now what?

If your preferred time is full, take a deep breath and get yourself on the waitlist. Rho athletes may change their reservations, so open spots will be released to the waitlist. Be sure to opt in to text and email notifications through MindBody to ensure you are notified if a spot has become available.

+ How do I cancel my workout?

Log into your account through this site, or on the MindBody app, at least four hours before the scheduled workout to cancel your reservation and restore the workout credit. Cancellations made less than four hours prior to the workout prevents another crew member from being able to schedule that time slot. Therefore, the credit will not be returned.

+ What if I don't use all the workouts in my pack?

If you are worried you may not be able to completely utilize a pack, you may wish to consider purchasing a smaller pack. Purchased packs are final. No refunds for cash or credit will be provided.

+ What should I wear and bring along?

Wear comfortable and form-fitting workout clothes (so as not to get caught in equipment) and bring a water bottle. That’s all. Storage cubbies are available to stow bags during the workout.

+ How early should I arrive?

First Rho: 10 minutes will give you time to get oriented, meet the coach and get set on a rowing machine. Regular: 5 minutes will give you enough time to ready your equipment and check-in.

+ Can I workout at Rho if I am pregnant?

Please consult with your physician before working out at Rho, and continue to monitor your health with your medical professionals throughout the duration of your pregnancy. When necessary modifications are needed, you will want to arrive early and inform your coach, who will assist you in making these changes to your workout.

+ Can I workout at Rho if I am injured, unaccustomed to working out, or have a health condition?

Rowing is a low impact and variable resistance exercise suitable for most fitness levels and health conditions. Please consult with your physician before working out at Rho and continue to monitor with your health professionals through the duration of your recovery. Please arrive early to check in with your coach who will assist you with any modification needs.

+ What is the minimum age to workout at Rho?

Our workouts are designed for all ages and fitness levels. However, children under age 13 are not permitted. Athletes who are under age 18 will need a parent-signed waiver prior to their First Rho. Please be advised that Engine Room workouts can get exciting, challenging and intense, and so can our music. Music will not be monitored for explicit language and may not be suitable for all.
